Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you will change your mind or things go wrong. Below we set out how we will deal with items you no longer want or that develop a fault. When returning all or part of your order please include your packing list with a reason for your return to process your request as quickly as possible. All items returned must be as new and in a condition that allows them to be sold.

A request for a refund on Items returned to us that are not deemed 'as new' may be refused. The cost for returning the item or items will be at the customer's expense.

The below does not apply to business customers. Business customers may have a restocking fee charged against non-faulty returns.

There are some circumstances in which we are unable to accept your item.

-       Perishable items such as levelling compounds, primers, and adhesives

-       Unwanted Items over 14 days ago

-       Items that are ordered outside of our catalogue (S followed by a number will appear on your invoice as the product code)

-       Items ordered to specific requirements such as Uponor pre-insulated pipe once cut

-       Electrical items that have been installed unless faulty

-       Electric underfloor heating mats or cables that have been opened or rolled out.

All other terms and conditions apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.


The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 gives you the right to cancel your order from the moment it is placed, and up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This is sometimes referred to as a ‘cooling-off period’. You must notify us within this time that you wish to cancel your order by email, phone, or WhatsApp, either in part or full. You have 14 days from the day you notify us to return your order, in part or full. Any requests to cancel an order outside of the cooling-off period will be rejected. Any items returned after the 14-day return period will be returned at your own cost.
