Polypipe Floor Panel

Polypipe solid underfloor heating panels are easily cut to the room shape. When joined they form a simple guide structure to hold the water pipe in place. They also allow the pipe to be bent when laid, giving a minimum bend radius. The panels set the pipe at pre-set centres keeping the pipe flat, and hold the pipe in place preventing any movement when screed is poured over them. The recommended optimum screed depth is 65mm from panel base, 40mm from the pipe top.

The floor panels are laid above the pre-installed insulation and are overlapped at the edges. Insulation below and at the edges of the floor screed is required by Building Regulations.
